Booklet Printing FAQ
How long will it take to get my booklets?
3 – 5 days in most cases after proof approval. Larger and more complex booklet printing orders may take longer, this does not include delivery times.
What files do you print?
PDF files. We prefer the crops and bleeds be on the print ready files. We have graphic artists on staff to help with your files, if needed. We charge an hourly rate for graphic design.
How much does it cost?
The price is quoted by the variables involved. The price per book goes down dramatically with larger orders.
Can you help with the design and layout?
Yes, we employ several full-time graphic designers with decades of experience with design and typography.
What size options do you offer?
5.5” x 8.5”, 8.5” x 11”, 11” x 17” and 11” 8.5” (landscape) as a standard and custom sizes on request.
What binding options do you have?
Saddle stitch, square back, perfect bound and coil bound. Saddle stitch is folded and stapled. Square back is folded, stapled and pressed for a square spine. Perfect bound has a glued spine. Coil binding uses spiral coils interwoven into holes punched into the spine, producing the “lay flat when open” option.
How many pages can you print?
Saddle stitch and square back 8 – 96, perfect bound 48 – 300.
Do you have copy minimums?
Yes, saddle stitch and square back 50 – 5000 copies, perfect bound 50 – 3000 copies.
What papers do you offer?
We stock 60# opaque and 80# coated and 100# coated cover. We can order and print almost any papers on request.
What printing equipment do you use?
Digital color and offset sheet-fed. Digital is faster with both having an award winning full-color capability.
