Customer Service Representative – Charlotte, NC

About the Job: The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders.

  • Supports our Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
  • Homebase will be in the Charlotte NC facility or Waldorf MD facility.
  • The schedule is 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, and as required.
  • Report directly to the Product Support Team manager.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have and be responsible for:

  • 2+ years of Signs & Displays experience with a background in commercial interior graphics and event signage.
  • Work in collaboration with the Director of Development, Products Support Team, Project Managers, and Workflow Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn our programs and systems.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, walk-in, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our processes and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services.
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Meet or exceed established customer service targets and metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, services, and policies.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $52,000.00 per year
