Project Manager – Charlotte, NC

About the Job: The purpose of the Project Manager is to be a highly motivated professional with experience working on commercial interior design projects that focus on producing and installing experiential/environmental graphics, storefront, office and event displays, and signage.

  • Supports our Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
  • Homebase will be in the Charlotte, NC facility.
  • The schedule is 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, and as required.
  • Report directly to the Workflow Manager and Director of Development.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have and be responsible for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager in the signage industry working specifically with clients supporting the production and installation of commercial interior graphics and event signage needs.
  • Utilize all tools, programs, processes, and systems (Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams / Trello / PrintSmith / Plan Prophet CRM).
  • Must be able to complete site surveys with precise measurements and specifications and make recommendations to customers concerning materials, design, and installation methods.
  • Demonstrates a successful history of designing, producing, and installing custom sign and graphic products using wide-format UV Roll & flatbed printers, CNC, and Laser Cutters.
  • Having experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop as tools to create environmental graphics projects that meet clients' design expectations.
  • Have experience working with estimating systems and CRMs that enable effective and timely development of quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Has a passion for providing clients with creative solutions that will effectively communicate their brands in the client's workspace, storefronts, and event venues.
  • Is self-motivated and proficient at managing time and meeting deadlines while coordinating dozens of projects at any given time.
  • Is a collaborative, team player that brings the best out in others they interact with.
  • Has excellent communication skills and is gifted at building relationships with clients in person and through phone calls and emails.
  • Has a thorough knowledge of wide format roll and rigid substrates and their proper applications.
  • Has a creative eye and is an expert at color management, matching, and collaborating on design, materials, and substrate suggestions.
  • Communicate with clients and prospects via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits as required.
  • Provide excellent and responsive client support pre-sale, post-sale, and consistent interactions with clients that will keep us top of mind.
  • Attend and actively participate in all team meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
  • Must have great written and verbal skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record. (No DUIs or reckless driving for ten years)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $78,250.00 per year
