2 What is the best way to get my project to you?

Most of our customers send their files via the “Send File” button on our website. Click Here to send a file.  The site will direct you through the simple process.

3 What about privacy and security?

No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries will be shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to produce the product you have requested.

4 What is the Heritage Printing Business Forum and how can I sign up for it?

Our free monthly newsletter, the “Business Forum” is a short, quick-read newsletter of information and tips in tempo with the business community today. It’s easy to subscribe. 5 What kind of materials can my job be printed on?

There are many variables when it comes to materials that we might use to print your project. It really depends on your application, time of use and budget. If you are puzzled about what material you need, we will be glad to assist you in picking out a stock or substrate that will best suit your project.

You can always specify a specific stock of your choice or we can suggest a comparable house sheet instead. Our house sheets will afford you a substantial savings over many comparable sheets without any reduction in quality, durability or appearance.

6 Why are so many people going to color printing? Is it expensive?

Although we continue to produce a few one and two color jobs, most of our customers recognize the many benefits of color printing and are making the upgrade at a modest increase in price. If you are currently purchasing non-process printed pieces you may want to ask us for a comparison quote. You may be pleasantly surprised by what we are able to offer to you.
