Heritage Signs & Displays, a leader in the commercial printing and the wide format signage industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service representative with a minimum of three years of printing and/or sign industry experience.
The ideal candidate for this position will be proactive, intelligent, friendly, fun to be around and have a "how may I help you" attitude, while interacting with other team members and clients to get details needed to successfully complete critical, time sensitive projects while helping others feel valued, appreciated and challenged.
This position requires great attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills as well as an ability to juggle multiple tasks at any given time to successfully perform this job.
Working experience with pre-flighting, designing and troubleshooting publications, marketing materials, direct mail, variable data, data base management, wide format signage, event and venue displays and visual graphics is a plus.
